Refund policy

All custom sales are final due to the nature of the products. We do not accept returns for any reason. DTF Orders: Our TAT is 1 -2 business days. Day 1 is the following workday from the date of your order.  The day of purchase is day 0. Please note that we do not work weekends and all major holidays and those days are not counted as part of TAT. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue, but not because of a poor-quality file or artwork provided by the customer.  Orders cancelled within the TAT, must be approved by management and will be subject to a 10% or $5.00 cancellation fee, whichever is greater.
